At Tenace, we strive to build connections that impact our lives for greater change and encourage growth. As part of our mission, we seek opportunities that help our community learn the importance of technology and finance. We are driven by love and mutual respect for one another, and we understand that reaching back and mentoring college students and micro businesses can create infinite possibilities.
We have partnered with the University of Puerto Rico to provide internships to college students seeking career opportunities in cybersecurity and accounting. Each year, Tenace provides students with the tools and resources needed to foster their career development and create confidence in their path to success.
Tenace and the Greater Washington Hispanic Chamber of Commerce are working together to offer our services to small Hispanic businesses in the community. As consultants for the Small Business Technical Assistance (SBTA) Program , Tenace experts will assist local businesses as they develop, sustain, and expand—resulting in the creation and retention of jobs while fostering economic growth.
In addition to providing student empowerment and assistance to other Hispanic small businesses, we have also built a relationship with Western Fairfax Christian Ministries. Tenace promises to continue to nurture communities by advancing equity and securing strong futures.
