Account Executive
José provides employee payroll, customer service and IT support for Tenace. His professional background started as a customer representative, and then moved on to sales. José has strong presentation and communication skills, and an in-depth understanding of the company’s products and services.
At Tenace, José supervises and handles many high-level accounting functions, and stays up to date on compliance, year-end closing, and payroll best practices.
Some of José’s favorite hobbies include soccer and weight lifting, while his favorite movies consist of classics like Dunkirk, The Batman, and The Last Samurai.
Brand & Marketing Design Supervisor
Debbie is the Brand and Marketing Design Supervisor, and is responsible for the overall image of Tenace and their variety of services. From approving branded elements to managing advertising and marketing campaigns, Debbie has the strategic and tactical marketing awareness to hold up Tenace’s brand and outreach to the community.
She has over 10 years of experience in marketing and brand design with SaaS, B2B, and B2C companies. Her dedication to outreach and detail to brand awareness can be seen in her many past accomplishments. In fact, she’s designed marketing campaigns for completely sold-out summits with hundreds of attendees.
In her free time, Debbie likes to spark her creative side by playing a wide variety of videos games.
Chief Technology Officer
Raul is CTO and Co-Founder of Tenace. With more than 20 years of experience in Software Engineer, he leads Tenace's Software Development division. Early in his career Raul had the opportunity to be mentored by web developers and designers, igniting a passion for User Interfaces that he still carries to this day; making him our User Experience & Interaction expert.
The experiences of working in '98 to help fix the Y2K bug on mainframe systems, to leading cloud-distributed development in today's environments, have made Raul and invaluable asset on any team. He has the vision, wisdom, and ability to straddle between backend and frontend development. He also enjoys sharing his knowledge, making mentorship one of his passions.
Raul has always enjoyed arts. On his free time he cooks, makes sourdough bread, and practices on his drum set. Some of his favorite movies are "The Matrix", "Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind", "Stranger than Fiction", and the "Back to the Future" trilogy.
Chief Financial Officer
Becky is CFO, Co-Founder of Tenace, and Divisional Lead for the Financial Division. Her background is in Business Administration with a major in Accounting – auditing is her passion. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), and Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP).
As a former government auditor (DCAA) and Compliance Officer, Becky began her career 20+ years ago while participating in a summer college internship in the DC area. She has worked in many different capacities, starting as a government contracts auditor and technical specialist; then working for a local boutique CPA firm as a government contracts consulting manager, followed by a privately held construction firm as their compliance director. Her career continued in the commercial sector as the compliance officer for a large-scale, publicly-traded healthcare organization. Becky's commitment to integrity is the cornerstone of her success.
Becky enjoys baking treats and lives by the saying: “Don’t leave for tomorrow what you can do today!”
Chief Executive Officer
Rey is CEO and Co-Founder of Tenace. Among his daily responsibilities he provides customer support, manages business development, maintains a diversified active network of partners and potential clients, all the while making sure Tenace's team is intentional with the mission and vision of the company.
With over 20 years of experience in the IT industry, Rey has had a wide array of hands-on professional experiences like: support specialist, project manager, LAN administrator, systems administrator, and cybersecurity engineer.
Rey has led Tenace for the past 5 years, putting together strategies and processes to help grow the business. He holds prestigious certifications in Comptia Security Program, and Harvard Business Leadership Training.
Some of his favorite movies are “Star Wars”, “Harry Potter”, and “James Bond”. Rey also enjoys photography, soccer, and baseball.
